Simple laser cuts and engravings typically ship within 2–3 business days. 3D prints depend on print time — small parts in 1–2 days, large parts in 3–5 days. Custom design work adds 1–2 days per iteration round. Rush turnaround is available — mention your deadline in the quote request and we'll let you know what's possible.
Laser cutting jobs have a 15-minute machine minimum ($30). Engraving minimum is $25, and 3D prints carry a $15 setup fee per job. There is no minimum quantity — single-unit and one-off orders are welcome. Larger quantities get better per-unit pricing.
Because every job is custom-fabricated, we can't offer refunds once production has started. That's why we always send a digital mockup or proof for approval before cutting, printing, or engraving — you confirm what you're getting, then we make it. If a production error is on our side, we re-run the job at no cost.
Yes. We can produce a single test piece (charged at the standard minimum) so you can check material, finish, and tolerances before committing to a larger run. For design work, mockups and proof renders are part of the quoting process — you see and approve the design before any fabrication begins.
