1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Alchemy Creatives website and to requests for laser cutting, engraving, 3D printing, custom design, and related fabrication services. By using the site, submitting a request, or proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
2. Quotes and service agreements
A quote request gives us information to review; it is not an order or a promise that a project will be accepted. We may ask for clarification before preparing a quote. A quote is based on the scope, files, materials, quantities, and other details available when it is prepared.
A project becomes approved when you and Alchemy Creatives agree to the scope, price, timing, and other applicable terms in writing, such as in an accepted quote or service agreement. If project-specific terms conflict with these terms, the project-specific written terms control for that project.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing may change if the scope, materials, dimensions, quantity, files, design requirements, or delivery needs change. We will seek your approval before proceeding with work that materially changes the agreed scope. Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and project information and for paying amounts due under the applicable project terms, including any applicable taxes, shipping, or other charges identified there.
4. Customer files and intellectual-property rights
You retain your rights in files, artwork, text, logos, and other materials you provide. You give Alchemy Creatives permission to use those materials as reasonably needed to review, quote, design, produce, and deliver your project.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the materials you submit and that the requested work will not knowingly infringe another person's rights. Alchemy Creatives retains its rights in its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and materials. Ownership or licensing of new design work will be stated in the applicable quote or service agreement.
5. Production approvals and delivery
You are responsible for reviewing project details, dimensions, materials, colors, text, and any proof or mockup provided for approval. Production may begin after the requested approval is received. Changes after approval may require a revised quote, additional charges, or a new schedule.
Estimated production, pickup, shipping, or delivery timing depends on the project and will be discussed in the quote or project communications. You are responsible for providing usable files, accurate delivery information, and timely responses needed to keep the project moving.
6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a project. We will review the request based on the work completed, materials purchased, and production status. You may be responsible for amounts already incurred or committed under the project terms.
Because custom work is made for a specific project, refunds are generally not available once production has started. If a production error is ours, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate correction, which may include re-running the affected work.
7. Acceptable website use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt the site or interfere with other users. You may not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, abuse forms or communications, or submit materials that you do not have the right to use.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided for general information and may contain errors or change over time. Unless a written project agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or that estimated timing, material performance, or a finished result will meet an expectation that was not included in the agreed scope.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy Creatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction.

We may update these terms when our services, website, or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. The terms in effect when a project-specific agreement is accepted will continue to apply to that project unless the written agreement says otherwise.
