Simple laser cuts and engravings typically ship within 2–3 business days. 3D prints depend on print time — small parts in 1–2 days, large parts in 3–5 days. Custom design work adds 1–2 days per iteration round. Rush turnaround is available; mention it in your quote request and we'll price accordingly.
For laser cutting and engraving: SVG, DXF, AI, PDF (vector preferred). For 3D printing: STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP. Don't have a file? Submit a photo, sketch, or description and we'll quote design work alongside fabrication.
Yes — laser cutting jobs have a 15-minute machine minimum ($30). Engraving minimum is $25. 3D prints have a $15 setup fee per job. There is no minimum quantity — single-unit orders are welcome. Larger quantities get better per-unit pricing.
We keep common materials in stock: birch plywood, MDF, clear and colored acrylic, leather sheets, PLA and PETG filament in multiple colors, and anodized aluminum blanks for engraving. Specialty materials (exotic woods, metal composites, resin) are sourced per order — add lead time for those.
Yes. Orders of 10+ identical pieces typically save 15–25% per unit. Regular/repeat clients get priority scheduling and standing rate agreements. Mention expected volume in your quote and we'll factor it in.
Absolutely. We're based in Plymouth Meeting, PA (Greater Philadelphia). Local pickup is available by appointment — no shipping cost, and you can inspect your order before leaving. We also ship anywhere in the US via USPS or UPS.
Design work includes revisions based on your package (see packages above). If you supplied the file and the cut came out exactly as designed, re-runs are charged at normal rates. If we made a production error, we re-run it at no cost. We always send a mockup for approval before cutting or printing.
