Yes — every testimonial on this page comes directly from a Philadelphia-area client of the studio. We publish the client name, role, company where applicable, the project type (laser cutting, engraving, 3D printing, etc.), and a 1–5 star rating so you can read them as-is rather than getting a cherry-picked highlight reel.
Every quote is from a project we actually fabricated in our Plymouth Meeting studio, and each testimonial row in the /testimonials page corresponds to a record in our internal order tracker. We do not edit copy for length or tone, and we do not pay for reviews.
After your project is delivered we send a short follow-up email that includes a link back to this page with a one-click form pre-filled for your project. If you worked with the studio earlier and never received the email, send a note through the /contact page and we will verify the order then publish your testimonial on /testimonials within one business day.
The 1–5 star ratings you see on /testimonials are based on the client's own rating at the time their testimonial was published, not a third-party service. We also publish our Google rating as a separate badge on the homepage and /about, pulled from our Google Places cache, so you can compare both signals side by side.
Yes. Each testimonial row can carry an optional portfolio_slug that points at a /portfolio/:slug detail page. We only link to projects we actually produced and the link is set in the admin dashboard, so the connection is real rather than marketing language.
